Welcome to the first edition of “From the Director’s Desk” – our new monthly series where we share key milestones, completed projects, industry updates and new initiatives shaping SADI’s journey.
As we step into 2026, our direction is clear: SADI is positioning itself not simply as a training provider, but as a premium Pan-African leadership and capacity development institution known for excellence, professionalism, innovation, and globally relevant learning.
We began the year strongly with the successful delivery of high-impact programmes in:
- Strategic Management & Leadership,
- Digital & AI-Enabled Administration,
- Psychological Capital & Human Development,
- Monitoring & Evaluation and;
- Public Sector Finance.
These were delivered across Nairobi, Pretoria, Cape Town, and online platforms – reinforcing our regional footprint and commitment to accessible, high-quality learning experiences.
Beyond programme delivery, we are proud to be launching our Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, focused on education support, mentorship, skills development, and community empowerment. At SADI, impact extends beyond the classroom. (for more on this, look out for the next issue)
