Are all training courses delivered in person?
Yes, all our training courses are delivered face-to-face, in person. Our training sessions are highly engaging and interactive. We deliver training in small groups to ensure all participants get attention and support suitable for their individual training needs.

Yes. SADI Training is proudly registered with Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) of South Africa and are also fully compliant with QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations) and other Training Regulatory Authorities that ensures our courses are in compliance with Education and Training Quality Assurance (ETQA) South Africa:
What kind of certificate do I get?
The Southern Africa Development Institute (SADI) Certificate of Completion with corresponding CPE credits shall be awarded to delegates who have successfully completed the training course.
Do you offer online training?
Yes, we do offer Online Instructor-Led Training as well as blended learning solutions. Learn from anywhere with SADI’s Live Online Training. Where do training sessions take place?
Our training courses take place in Pretoria, South Africa throughout the year.
SADI’s training centres are located in the upmarket suburb of Brooklyn, city of Pretoria, South Africa. The centre boasts of up-to-date training facilities in an IT environment, which are the hallmarks of our services.
We also provide team training for groups of 5+ participants at other locations in South Africa – including at your workplace, if preferred and other popular Cities worldwide.

What time do training courses start and finish?
Our 1 day training courses start at 9.00am and finish at 4.00pm. We include an hour for lunch and comfort breaks during the morning and afternoon sessions.
How do I make payment for a training course?
We will send you payment details upon completion of the booking form. You have the option of paying online or via invoice.
How much does it cost to train at SADI?
Our training fee varies depending on the course, mode of training, (in-person or online), number of participants, and training destination.

What is SADI’s mode of payment?
Our primary mode of payment is through bank transfer to our designated SADI account.
Upon registration for a training program, you will receive detailed instructions and our bank account information to facilitate the payment process.
Does SADI provide invoices or receipts for payment?
Yes. SADI provides invoices and receipts for all payments made.
Does the training fee include accommodation and travel tickets?
No. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the training fee. However, SADI provides assistance and recommendations regarding nearby accommodation options and travel arrangements, if needed.

Does SADI offer meals during the training or workshop?
Yes. We provide meals during the training or workshop.
Participants get two refreshment breaks, which include snacks and beverages, as well as a nutritious lunch.
Does SADI assist participant with Visa applications?
Yes. Upon request, we assist with Visa applications for participants travelling to our various training destinations.
How long does SADI training take?
SADI offers several training programs. These are short courses, workshops and seminars lasting from 3 days to 10 days.
Can I reschedule or change my training dates?
Yes, you can always change your training dates in adherence to our cancellation policy.
Does SADI have self-paced training?
No, we do not offer self-paced training programs.
Do I need to come with a laptop during the training workshop?
Yes, you will need to bring a laptop for various activities during your training. These activities include, practical exercises, accessing notes, participating in interactive sessions, conducting research and collaborating on group projects.
However, depending on your training package, a brand new laptop will be provided to you by the institute as a learner support tool.
Detailed specifications for the laptop will be provided in your course invitation letter or the final communiqué to ensure you are well-prepared.
Does SADI provide training materials and resources?
Yes, SADI provides training materials and resources as part of the training package.
Our training materials provide detailed overview of the training program to guide you throughout the training.
How do you enroll a team for a SADI training program?
Enrolling your team in a training program at SADI is a straightforward process. Visit our website, select the desired training program, and include the number of participants you would like to enroll when completing the registration form.

What qualifications do I need to enroll in SADI courses?

What if I am not satisfied with the training at SADI?
At SADI, we strive to provide quality training and ensure our participants are satisfied.
However, in the unlikely chance you encounter an issue with the training, please let us know immediately and we will issue you with a credit voucher valid for 12 months
Additionally, we provide you post-training support to ensure that you’re able to implement what you’ve learned to real-world scenarios.

Does SADI offer free courses?
No. All courses at Southern Africa Development Institute (SADI) require participants to pay tuition fees. Participants in our courses are predominantly funded by their own employer (Government, Corporate, Private Sector, Consular, CSO’s, NGO’s and training or research institutes) or by a donor or development agency.
However, you may sign up to our newsletter to receive promotions, sponsorship deals and discounts.
