SADI 487 Empowering Women in Politics
This course focuses on the strategies and frameworks needed to enhance the participation of women in political processes and leadership roles. It examines the barriers that women face in political environments and explores the policies, initiatives, and social changes that can help overcome these obstacles. Students will study the historical and contemporary challenges faced by women in politics, including gender inequality, discrimination, and limited access to political networks and resources. The course also highlights successful case studies of women leaders and the positive impact of female political representation on policy and governance.
